NY Plans to Decriminalize Marijuana Possession
New York may be going green now that Gov. Cuomo wants to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana. His proposal could reduce the number of NYPD stop-and-frisk arrests. Cuomo is pushing for legislative approval before the Albany session ends in three weeks. Source
